    Friend of my Galya is such an inspiration. When I talk to her she always shares her healthy meals. She told me about this dessert and when I tried it I wish I had made this earlier.     An idea for this dessert came from one of the foodnetwork magazine. Besides pinterest, instagram and bloggers, I often look trough magazines for food ideas.

    This little treat has everything I love, a nice strong shot of coffee, ice cream, hazelnuts and topped with dark chocolate. After having affogato I always get a nice kick of energy.

    I love baked goodies. This is my go to recipe when I am trying to eat a bit healthier. Not that I am suggesting this as a healthy dish.

    Oatmeal cookies are filling and so delicious. I like both versions, butter or applesauce. The ones with butter are more crunchy, while the ones with applesauce are a little chewy.
