Lean Beef Chili Recipe

When I was sixteen I worked at Mexican restaurant and to this day it was my favorite job, it was really hard but I really enjoyed cooking. I would make a White Chicken Chili every morning, and the longer it cooked the better the flavors were.
I consider chili as one of my favorite comfort foods, its guilt free. Cup of chili has about 120 calories; it really fills you up for long time.

Instructions 

Saute ground beef in frying pan on medium high heat, continue stirring so it wouldn't stick all together.Season with salt.
Set slow cooker on high heat for 4 hours.
Rinse beans and drain corn. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker (beef, onions, bell pepper, beans, beer, corn, diced tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper, paprika, parsley). Cook for 4-8 hours.
For serving, top it with some grated cheese and fresh green onions.
