Taco Salad Recipe

Inspiration for this salad came from so many sources magazines, blogs and pinterest. I finally made it at home, most definitely had to change recipe to match my taste buds. Sweetness from corn, kick of garlic and vinegar makes it perfect salad. This is great salad to make when you are camping out this summer and will be grilling corn.
If you don’t mind cilantro(I hate it), please add it to the salad I think it would make great combination.

Instructions 

Grill corn until all sides of corn is browned. Cut corn off the cob. Splice cherries in half, avocado in to square. Cut onion into tiny squares.
In small bowl mix oil, vinegar and grated garlic together. Mix all vegetables together, go easy on the salad because avocado can get mushy, drizzle with dressing.
