Moist Honey Chicken Skewers Recipe

It's exciting that the summer is practically here; camping, road trips, BBQ with friends. I am looking forward to all of that. Grilling during the summer is a no-brainer and after grilling, we like take the family out to the deck, to eat. What are your favorite summer memories?

This Chicken Skewers are made with chicken breast, to cut down a bit on the fat. As you may know, chicken breast can be a bit on a dry side. The secret to moist chicken, is letting in sit in a ranch dressing for several days. As soon as you buy the chicken, cut it up and let it marinate.

This would be an awesome recipe to serve on Mother's Day lunch/dinner.

Instructions 

Cut the chicken into two inch pieces. Leave chicken marinating for several days.
Into the chicken, add honey, soy sauce, pressed garlic and lime juice, stir everything to combine together. Leave chicken marinating for a few more hours.
Stick chicken onto skewers, grill chicken until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Chicken is best, when served fresh.
