Sautéed Zucchini Salad Recipe

This salad is filled with great flavor of all those veggie and a nice hint of sweet, sour flavor from ketchup.

    • Garlic Clove; pressed

Instructions 

Preheat skillet on a medium heat with olive oil, add onions and carrots, saute for about 3 minutes.
To the cooking ingredients add zucchini and garlic. Pour ketchup, season salt and pepper to taste. Lower heat to a medium- low and cook for another 20 minutes.
