Banana Oladi Pancakes Recipe

My mom back in Ukraine made Oladi for us very often, we would eat them with milk and jam. Bananas were something that you eat once every 5 years :). Now I feel blessed to spoil my kids with such a cool breakfast.

Instructions 

Combine in a bowl of milk, yogurt, sugar and egg.
Mix flour with baking powder and add it to milk mixture. As a result, you should get the dough that is not very thick. Stir in oil and bananas.
Fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
