  • Make the Chocolate Dip: Combine the coconut oil with chocolate chips in a bowl. Pop them in microwave and zap the mixture in 20-30 second intervals until smooth (make sure to give the mixture a stir between each round).
  • Slice the Figs: Next, slice the figs into halves or fourths.
  • Dip & Decorate the Figs: Dip the figs into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Sprinkle with your topping of choice.
  • Chill the Dipped Figs: Lastly, chill the figs in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!

  • Make sure the figs are dry before dipping them. After rinsing the figs under cold water, make sure to pat them dry with a paper towel before dipping them in the chocolate. The drier they are, the better the chocolate will stick.
