So now that Easter is over a lot of us are thinking what we can do with all those colored eggs at home? My mom use to color over 100 eggs when we were little kids, it was fun games to see who has the strongest egg and beats everyone else. We would end up with all this cracked eggs and no one would eat them.
Here is an idea that you can work magic in so many different way and times of the day, breakfast, snack and appetizer.
This is just my combination and you can add or remove things form ingredients.

- Clean egg, slice in half. Remove yolk and mash it. Mix in to yolk chives, onions, ham, pepper and salt.
- dd just a bit of mayo so ingredients stick together, don’t overdo it you don’t need those extra calories. Stuff eggs and sprinkle with some cheese.
