This Chicken Skewers are made with chicken breast, to cut down a bit on the fat. As you may know, chicken breast can be a bit on a dry side. The secret to moist chicken is letting it sit in a ranch dressing for several days. As soon as you buy the chicken, cut it up and let it marinate.
