My mom back in Ukraine made Oladi for us very often, we would eat them with milk and jam. Bananas were something that you eat once every 5 years :). Now I feel blessed to spoil my kids with such a cool breakfast.

- Combine in a bowl of milk, yogurt, sugar and egg.
- Mix flour with baking powder and add it to milk mixture. As a result, you should get the dough that is not very thick. Stir in oil and bananas.
- Fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
