30-Minute Pepper Steak Stir Fry

This pepper steak stir fry features colorful bell peppers and tender flank steak tossed in a savory sauce of garlic and ginger. Simple yet so satisfying!

– oil olive, avocado or vegetable – large red bell pepper – large green bell pepper – flank steak – garlic cloves – fresh ginger soy sauce brown sugar – corn starch

INGREDIENTS

In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

STEP 1

Preheat a wok or large skillet with oil over medium heat. Add in the sliced bell pepper and cook until golden brown. Remove the peppers from the pan and set them aside.

STEP 2

Turn the heat up to high and add the beef strips to the pan. Cook the beef until it's golden brown.

STEP 3

Add the bell peppers back to the pan. Pour the sauce over the steak and veggies. Cook for an additional  2-4 minutes.
