– beef flank – asparagus  – broccoli  – purple onion – bell pepper – oil – salt – pepper

Rub both sides of the beef with oil and salt. Bake at 400 °F for about 10 minutes.


Add veggies to the baking sheet, season them with salt and pepper. Continue baking with beef for another 7-10 minutes, depending on how well you want it done. You can broil beef on high for about a minute, to brown it.


Remove beef from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. Slice it into strips and serve it with the veggies.
