Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

(Only 3 Ingredients)

These healthy 3 ingredient banana oatmeal pancakes are flour-free and super easy to make.  Hearty and sweet, they are best topped with syrup and walnuts!

– 3 large bananas ripe – 3 eggs – 1 1/2 cup oats quick or steel cut


Mash bananas in a medium-sized bowl until there are no lumps.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. Add them to the mashed bananas. Stir to combine.

Toss the oats into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until you get a flour-like texture.

Add the ground oats to the mashed banana mixture.  Stir to combine.

Preheat a large skillet with a bit of butter. Brown each pancake on each side until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes). Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
