Bayonne Ham Arugula Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– Arugula – Apple  – Bayonne Ham – Crumbled Goat Cheese – Purple Onion – Lemon Juice – Olive Oil – Honey

STEP 1

Preheat a skillet on medium high heat, add the Bayonne Ham, and brown until it's crispy. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

STEP 2

In a large bowl, layer the salad by spreading the arugula on the bottom, followed by the apple slices, sliced onion and goat cheese.

STEP 3

Chop the crispy Bayonne Ham into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle the top of the salad with the crispy Bayonne Ham.
