This brioche bread pudding is heaven sent. Speckled with melted chocolate chips and pears, it’s your new favorite guilty pleasure.

Ingredients

brioche bread large pear sliced chocolate chips large eggs beaten vanilla extract sugar whipping cream whole milk

Cut the brioche slices into half. Assemble them in a baking dish.

Between each slice add in a couple of pieces of pear.

In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and milk until combined.

Pour the custard over the brioche and allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
