One-Pan Chicken and Asparagus Recipe

This one-pan chicken and asparagus recipe is full of juicy chicken and tender asparagus seasoned with paprika, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. Crazy easy!

INGREDIENTS

– chicken breast paprika ground black pepper garlic parsley salt – asparagus Unsalted Butter – avocado or olive oil lemon juice – garlic cloves – fresh parsley

STEP 1

Cut the chicken into 2-inch cubes. Season them with paprika, half of the garlic parsley salt, and black pepper.

STEP 2

Preheat a pan with butter and oil. Add the chicken into the pan and cook them until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

STEP 3

Trim the rough ends of the asparagus. Feel free to cut the asparagus down into bite-sized pieces or keep it as-is.

STEP 4

Add the remaining butter and oil to the same pan. Add the asparagus and season it with the remaining garlic parsley salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 5

Add the pressed garlic into the pan, followed by the chicken. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
