Cream Mushroom Potatoes

Potatoes with Cream and Mushrooms are the definition of decadent. Packed with richness and full of flavor, these are effortless to prepare and they reheat amazingly.

INGREDIENTS

– medium Potatoes – heavy Whipping Cream – mushrooms – medium Onion – medium Carrots Olive oil – Salt & Pepper

STEP 1

Peel potatoes and cut them into 6 pieces. Boil potatoes in salty water. Once the potatoes are cooked, place them into an oven safe dish.

STEP 2

In a frying pan, saute mushrooms until golden, add onions, carrots and season. Cook until they soften.

STEP 3

Add whipping cream to the ingredients, and bring it to a boil.

STEP 4

Cover cooked potatoes with a creamy mixture. Place it in the oven at 200°F for 15 minutes.
