Creamy Mushroom Tortellini  (One Pan)

This creamy mushroom tortellini takes 35 short minutes to prepare and is made all in one pan. Perfect for a no-fuss, hectic weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

– mushrooms – butter – garlic parsley salt – heavy whipping cream – tortellini – parmesan cheese

Dice mushrooms. Sauté them over medium heat in an oiled skillet until they turn golden brown. Season with garlic parsley salt.

STEP 1

Add the heavy whipping cream to the mushrooms.

STEP 2

Stir tortellini into the mushroom mixture. Let it simmer for 5 minutes (increase the cooking time to up to 10 minutes if using frozen tortellini). Stir in the parmesan cheese.

STEP 3

Serve immediately and enjoy!
