Crispy Smashed Potatoes
These smashed potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, & so delicious.
The perfect side dish to your favorite protein & incredibly kid-friendly!
– potatoes – salt – olive oil – parmesan cheese – bacon crisps – herbs – garlic parsley salt

Rinse potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water and boil until they are cooked. To check for doneness, gently poke a potato using a fork.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cooked potatoes on the baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each one.
Use a potato masher to smash each potato flat.
