In just under 30 minutes and with a few simple steps, this salmon will surely become a part of your weekday meal rotation.

Ingredients

– Salmon Fillet – Parmesan Cheese – Parsley  – Dill – Unsalted Butter – Orange Juice – Garlic Parsley Salt – Garlic Cloves

In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, butter, garlic, garlic parsley salt, and orange juice. Allow the butter to soften to room temperature first to make it easier to create a smooth spread.

STEP 1

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top. Top off each piece with a hefty spoon of your herb garlic butter.

STEP 2

Bake salmon at 415°F for about 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes apart easily to ensure it has cooked all the way through. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F at the thickest part of the fillet if you are unsure.
