This healthy tuna salad is bright, refreshing, and packed with protein. Made with greek yogurt, it has the perfect pop of tang!

INGREDIENTS

gracanned tuna packed in water purple onion medium pickles celery stalks dijon mustard salt ground black pepper Greek yogurt mayonnaise

STEP 1

Drain as much of the water out of the tuna can as you can. Place the fish in a large bowl and break it apart with a fork.

Dice the onion, celery, and pickled into evenly-sized pieces and add them to the bowl of tuna.

Add in the mayonnaise, yogurt, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Stir the salad until well-combined. Serve on it's own, on lettuce leaves, or sandwiched in between bread. Enjoy!
