This light ranch dressing is just as decadent as regular ranch dressing. It’s creamy, packed with fresh herbs, and perfect for salads or dipping!
– 1/3 cup sour cream – 1 cup buttermilk – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1/8 cup fresh dill – 1/8 cup fresh parsley – 1 juice from lime – 2 green onions – 3 garlic cloves – 1/3 tsp salt adjust to taste – 1/3 tso ground black pepper adjust to taste
Finely dice the herbs and garlic cloves.
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Pulse everything together until you get a smooth, even texture.
Store the dressing in an airtight container or sealable canning jar in the refrigerator. Enjoy as a dip or salad dressing!
