One-Pan Roasted Chicken & Potatoes

One-Pan Chicken and Potatoes is one of the most convenient, satisfying and effortless dishes in my weeknight rotation. This nearly mess-free meal only takes 15 minutes of prep time. Beautiful, right? 

INGREDIENTS

– whole chicken – potatoes – carrots – yellow onion – parsley garlic salt – olive oil

STEP 1

Cut all vegetables into medium size pieces. If you are using larger potatoes, I would suggest cutting them.

STEP 2

In a large bowl season chicken with parsley garlic salt.

STEP 3

Add carrots, potatoes, onions, and drizzle with oil. Toss everything together to ensure that the seasoning is evenly mixed in.

STEP 4

Spread vegetables and chicken on a baking sheet.
