Oven Roasted Asparagus  (So EASY)

Oven roasted asparagus never gets old. Only five minutes of quick prep required before popping this healthy dish into the oven. What’s not to love? 

INGREDIENTS

– Asparagus – Garlic Parsley Salt – Olive Oil

STEP 1

Cut off a little over an inch off the ends of asparagus. It will get rid of the harsh ends.

STEP 2

Sprinkle them with olive oil and some garlic parsley salt.

STEP 3

Place the baking sheet on a middle rack of the oven and bake on broil for about 5 minutes. I like them to have a bit of a crunch, but feel free to cook a bit longer. Once done, they can be served warm or cold.

Tips for Roasting Asparagus

To prevent asparagus from getting mushy, take the asparagus out a minute or two before you think it is done. Account for the asparagus cooking a little more as it rests.
