These delicious parmesan roasted vegetables are topped with crispy panko and baked to perfection. A delicious side dish for those hectic weeknights!

Ingredients

–  asparagus –  brussels sprouts –  parmesan cheese – panko crumbs – olive oil – garlic parsley salt

Dice up all vegetables into similar sized pieces. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt.
