Pizza Rolls make for a great appetizer or weeknight dinner. Inside fully, fresh-baked dough you will stuff your favorite pizza toppings for a handheld (and dippable!) treat!
Roll the dough into a thin round shape and cut each one into six triangular pieces. Place the sauce towards the outer side of each piece, topping it off with pepperoni and grated cheese.
Fold in the outside corners of the triangular dough piece, pinching to seal the folded edges. Repeat by folding over the center, sealing the topping. Finally, roll the piece into a burrito shape.
Lay out each pizza roll on a baking sheet, cover it with a kitchen towel. Let them rise for at least 30 minutes. Bake pizza rolls at 400 °F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
