STEP 2

Slowly mix in powdered sugar until you get a smooth texture.

STEP 3

In small parts, add flour to the dough. Whisk on slow just until the flour is fully mixed in.

STEP 4

The dough should be smooth and not crumbly. Divide the dough into two parts. Add color to each part and work the dough to combine it together.
