  • 1 lb medium Cauliflower head
  • 1 lb medium Broccoli head
  • 1 lb Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 lb Cucumbers
  • 1 lb Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice


  • Dice all vegetables into small cubes. If you a have vegetable dicer, it can come in handy. Dice tomatoes into four pieces.

  • Dice crab meat into the same sized pieces as the vegetables.

  • For the sauce, combine together, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
    A little bowl of lemon juice, a bowl of mayo and 3 garlic cloves and a garlic press all on the table
  • Add dressing and mix the salad to combine. Salad tastes the best right when it's fresh and crispy.
