Broccoli Crab Salad Recipe
Servings 8 Servings
- 1 lb medium Cauliflower head
- 1 lb medium Broccoli head
- 1 lb Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 lb Cucumbers
- 1 lb Crab Meat
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Dice all vegetables into small cubes. If you a have vegetable dicer, it can come in handy. Dice tomatoes into four pieces.
Dice crab meat into the same sized pieces as the vegetables.
For the sauce, combine together, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice.
Add dressing and mix the salad to combine. Salad tastes the best right when it's fresh and crispy.
