Preheat the oven to 400F. Wash zucchini, remove ends and cut it in half lengthwise. Slice garlic cloves into thin pieces.
Using a knife, create crisscross patterns on each slice, season with garlic parsley salt. Place zucchini on a lined baking sheet.
Drizzle slices with olive oil and squeezed lemon juice. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese and garlic pieces.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until zucchini is soft. Serve warm.
