Crispy Smashed Potatoes (Extra Easy)
This recipe for crispy smashed potatoes is super fluffy on the inside & crispy on the outside. Sprinkled with parmesan, bacon, & herbs, they are so good!

Rinse the potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water and boil until they are cooked. To check for doneness, gently poke a potato using a fork.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cooked potatoes on the baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each one.
Use a potato masher to smash each potato flat.
Brush each smashed potato with olive oil and sprinkle on some garlic salt. Broil the potatoes in the oven until they are golden brown and crispy.
Top each potato with bacon crisps, cheese and herbs.
