  • Preheat oven to 415F. Rinse and pat dry all the potatoes.

  • Cut each potato in the center to have two equal size pieces. Season potatoes with salt; I highly recommend using course salt.

  • Drizzle the bottom of the baking sheet with oil. Place potatoes with the cut size on the baking sheet.

  • Bake potatoes for about 25 minutes or until you see golden colors appear on the outside and they can easily be pierced with a fork. Cooking time may depend on the size of the potatoes you use.
