  • Add cheese and baking powder to the mixture, combining until you get a smooth and even texture.

  • With an ice cream scoop, portion out a small round of dough and drop it directly into the preheated oil. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to medium-low. Flip each round gently with a fork until each side turns golden brown.
