Grilled Corn on the Cob (Extra Easy)

Ingredients

  • 5 ears of corn
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Soak corn in water for 20-30 mintues.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Peel off few layers of corn leaves and remove corn silk. Chop off the hard, dry ends. Place husked corn directly on the grill, turning it every couple of minutes to ensure each side cooks evenly.

  • Once the corn feels soft, remove it from the grill. Peel off the husk and serve with your favorite seasoning and a hefty chunk of butter.
