One Skillet Beef Stir Fry

When I am not in the mood to dirty a bunch of cookware for dinner, but still want a delicious, home-cooked meal for my family, I rely on a tried and true recipe for McCormick® ONE Skillet Beef Stir Fry & Vegetables. Just combine beef and vegetables with the seasoning mix for a quick one skillet dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 package McCormick® ONE Seasoning Mix (one pack)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into thin strips
  • 4 cups vegetables assorted cut-up

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients for the McCormick® One Skillet Beef Stir Fry.

  • Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in a medium bowl. Set aside.

  • Heat 1tsp of oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.

  • Heat remaining oil in a skillet. Add vegetables; stir fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir the sauce mixture. Add to the skillet.

  • Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat. Return beef to skillet. Cook for 1 minute or until the sauce is slightly thickened.
