  • Break or cut cauliflower into tiny pieces, place it in a bowl and set a side.
    Chopped cauliflower in a bowl
  • Chop cucumber and cherry tomatoes, add to cauliflower. 
    Chopped vegetables in a bowl
  • Stir in mayonnaise, pressed garlic, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
