Cook chicken breast in salted water. In separate pan cook carrots until they are almost cooked. You can add eggs to the same water when you are almost done. Cook eggs until they are hard boiled.
Let all cooked ingredients cool off. Cut chicken into tiny pieces. Peal carrots and grate carrots into small pieces. Grate yolks and whites separate. Peal apples, cut them into tiny cuts or grate.
So now we will layer the salad. Put cup in middle of the plate and you can make nice shape around the cup. Layer with chicken, mayo, egg whites (sprinkle a little salt on whites), mayo, apples, carrots(sprinkle a little salt on them as you layer), mayo and sprinkle with egg yolks. Decorate with green onions and kiwi.
