Cold-Brew Coffee

Cold brewing makes the best iced coffee, it is smoother and less acidic than hot-brewed. It's especially enjoyable as a latte; I also share that below.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Room Temperature water
  • 1 cup Medium Grind Coffee

Instructions

Brewing Coffee

  • Combine ground coffee and water, cover and let it sit for 12-24 hours.

  • Stir coffee, then strain it through a strainer, lined with a coffee filter. Coffee may take up to an hour to drip through. Store for up to a week in a airtight container.

Latte

  • Fill half a cup with ice, pour an equal amount of coffee concentrate and milk. Sweeten using a choice of a coffee syrup or condensed milk.

  • You may want to play with the flavoring to your preference, depending on how sweet or strong you like your coffee to be.
