Salad
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 medium apple sliced
- 6 oz Bayonne Ham slices
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 purple onion sliced
Preheat a skillet on medium high heat, add the Bayonne Ham, and brown until it's crispy. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, layer the salad by spreading the arugula on the bottom, followed by the apple slices, sliced onion and goat cheese.
Chop the crispy Bayonne Ham into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle the top of the salad with the crispy Bayonne Ham.
Prepare the dressing by combining all of the dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake well and drizzle all over the salad. Serve immediately.
