Sparkling Mango Drink Recipe

This super simple sparkling mango drink is made with homemade puree, sparkling water, and fresh mint leaves. The perfect, hot summer day refreshment!

Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 liters club soda
  • 1 bn fresh mint

Instructions

  • Peel the skin off the mango with a potato peeler and cut the flesh it into small cubes.
    Mangos peeled and 2 of them are cut in half and a lemon besides the mangos
  • Place the mango into a blender with lemon juice and sugar.

  • Blend the fruit until it's pureed.

  • Place a couple of tablespoons of the mango puree into a glass. Top with a couple of mint leaves and fill the glass to the top with club soda. Optionally, add in some ice. Sit back and enjoy!
