Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto Recipe

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus makes for a wonderful side dish or addition to an antipasto platter. It looks fancy but couldn’t be simpler to pull together!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp avocado or olive oil
  • 1/2 lb prosciutto thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Trim the asparagus by cutting or snapping off the tough end of each asparagus stalk. Season them with oil and salt.

  • Wrap each piece of asparagus in prosciutto. Assemble the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.

  • Bake at 425°F for about 10-12 minutes, or until the prosciutto is nice and crispy. Enjoy!
