Healthy Popsicles that Kids Love

- 2 Carrots
- 3 Apricots
- 1 cup Spinach
- 2 cup Blackberries
- Honey to taste
If you own a juicer, juice carrots; those giant bags of organic carrots from Costco come in handy.
Place pitted apricots, blackberries, spinach, honey and pour in carrot juice into a blender. Blend everything together, until the texture is smooth.
Pour the smoothie into each popsicle mold. Follow instructions of the box on how to freeze them properly.
This is another version of popsicles, with fresh apple & carrot juice, blended together with strawberries and banana.
