Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 Apricots
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 cup Blackberries
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • If you own a juicer, juice carrots; those giant bags of organic carrots from Costco come in handy.
    Vegetables and fruits on the table including; spinach in a bowl, 2 carrots, 3 apricots, a bowl of blackberries and honey
  • Place pitted apricots, blackberries, spinach, honey and pour in carrot juice into a blender. Blend everything together, until the texture is smooth.

  • Pour the smoothie into each popsicle mold. Follow instructions of the box on how to freeze them properly.
