1/2 cup tamari 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp honey 1/4 cup corn starch 1 tsp sesame oil 3 tbsp mirin 1 garlic clove minced 1 tsp ginger fresh ground In a medium-sized pan over medium heat, whisk all the ingredients together until well-combined.
Bring the sauce to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the sauce from heat and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Refrigerate the sauce until you're ready to use it. Enjoy!
