Spinach Lasagna Recipe

This decadent spinach lasagna recipe combines two irresistible ingredients - wilted spinach and garlicky cottage cheese. Insanely delicious and crave-worthy!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 8 slices crispy bacon
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles

Instructions

  • Dice the bacon into tiny pieces and grate the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  • Blend the cottage cheese with garlic powder until creamy and smooth.

  • Dice the spinach into medium-sized pieces.

  • Butter all the sides of a baking dish. Place the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish, followed by a third of the cottage cheese mixture, spinach, bacon bites, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.

  • Repeat the layering until you run out of ingredients. Top the lasagna with cheese.

  • Bake the lasagna covered with foil or a baking dish lid at 250°F for 45 minutes. Remove the cover and bake until the top is golden brown. Serve right away while the cheese is nice and melted.
