Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 lb Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 small Zucchini
  • 1 small Cabbage Head
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients for this dish.
    Ingredients on table including; cut up chicken on plate, a stick fo butter, an onion, 3 zucchinis, 2 peeled carrots, mushrooms, a cabbage and a little bowl with salt
  • Cut chicken into two inch pieces. Place chicken and a table spoon of butter in a cooking pot.

  • Add diced mushrooms into the cooking ingredients, cook until mushrooms are softened. Add onions and carrots, and cook for a few minutes, until veggies are softened.

  • Stir in diced zucchini.

  • Stir shredded cabbage into the cooking ingredients. Season the dish with salt, add remaining butter and let it cook for 5-10 minutes, until all ingredients are softened.
