1 English cucumber 2 cups cherry tomatoes 3 cups broccoli 3 green onions 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 tsp salt adjust to taste Wash all the veggies and pat them dry.
Dice the green onions into small pieces. Chop cucumber and tomatoes in equal pieces and broccoli in a bit larger chunks.
Season the salad with salt and stir in the Greek yogurt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
