Buttered Cod Recipe

Prepare ingredients for the dish. Rinse fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
Cut cubes of butter and place on the bottom of the dish, followed by pieces of fish. Season fish with garlic parsley salt. Add another layer of butter and then slices of lemon.
Bake it at 425F for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. Serve while it's still hot.
