Guilty Mashed Potatoes
Heavy Whipping Cream
Peel potatoes. Rinse, cut in 4 pieces. Place potatoes in cooking pot. Salt and cover with water.
Cook at medium-high for 30-45 minutes, to see if they are ready poke them with fork. Drain all water. Add butter, mush little with fork.
Add heavy whipping cream, use electric hand mixer, mix well until it’s smooth.
