Ingredients

  • 7 oz arugula
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked farro
  • 1 cup feta
  • 1 large apple sliced
  • 1/3 cup cranberries

Instructions

  • Start by placing the arugula on the bottom of a large bowl. Top it off with the cooked farro.

  • In a small jar with a lid, combine the oil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Seal the lid and shake to combine.
