Cut chicken thighs into halves and place them into a bowl. Season with garlic salt and pour the dressing all over. Stir to combine everything together. Let it marinate for at least six hours or leave it overnight.
Preheat the grill on high to about 380°F. Grill chicken on both sides until golden brown and the chicken inner temperature reaches 165°F. Serve the chicken while it's still warm or reheat it before serving.
