Moist Baked Salmon

Prepare ingredients for the recipe.
Pre-slice salmon into portion size pieces. Season generously with garlic parsley salt and pepper.
Apply mayonnaise to the top of the salmon fillet. Top it off with cheese. Drizzle with some lemon juice.
Bake at 425F for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is golden brown. Be sure not to over-bake salmon or it will turn out dry.
